                                                     Usain Bolt

USAIN BOLT DESTROYS HIS OWN WORLD RECORD

Usain Bolt became the first man in Olympic history to win both the 100-meter and 200-meter races in world record times in 2008. Four years later, at the London Olympics, he became the first man to win gold medals in both the 100 and 200 at consecutive Olympic Games and the first man in history to set three world records in a single Olympic Games competition.

IN THESE GROUPS

Synopsis

Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt is arguably the fastest man in the world, winning three gold medals at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, and becoming the first man in Olympic history to win both the 100-meter and 200-meter races in record times. Bolt won his fourth Olympic gold medal in the men's 100-meter race at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, beating rival Yohan Blake, who took silver. Bolt ran the race in 9.63 seconds, a new Olympic record, making him the first man in history to set three world records in a single Olympic Games competition. The win marked Bolt's second consecutive gold medal in the 100. Bolt went on to compete in the men's 200, claiming his second consecutive gold medal in that race. He is the first man to win both the 100 and 200 at consecutive Olympic Games, as well as the first man to ever win back-to-back gold medals in double sprints.

Little Leage and NFL RULE CHANGE!!!!

NEW FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL RULES 2016!!!

Football Field The football field is 120 yards long and 53 ½ yards wide. At each end of the field and 100 yards apart are the goal lines. The additional 10 yards at each end is the end zone. The field is divided up every 5 yards by a yard line. The middle yard line marker is called the 50 yard line. In parallel to the side lines are rows of hash marks. The football is always placed on or between the hash marks at the start of each play. This ensures that the teams have space to line up on both sides of the football. The position of the football that defines the sides of the ball is called the "line of scrimmage". There are also goal posts at the back of each football end zone. One way to score is to kick the football through the goal posts. The ball must go between the uprights and over the crossbar. If any part of a player with the football touches outside the side lines or the end zone it is considered Out of Bounds. Game Format Football is a timed sport. The team with the most points at the end of the time period, wins the game. The game is divided up into 4 periods or quarters with a long "half time" between the second and third quarter. Time is counted while plays are running and sometimes between plays (i.e. time continues after a running play where the player was tackled in bounds, but stops on an incomplete pass). To keep the game going at a good pace the offense has a limited time (called the play clock) between plays. Football Players The rules in football allow each team to have eleven players on the field at a time. Teams may substitute players between plays with no restrictions. Each team must start a play on their side of the ball. The defensive players may take any position they want and can move about their side of the football prior to the play without restriction. Although there are certain defensive positions that have become common over time, there are no specific rules defining defensive positions or roles. The offensive players, however, have several rules that define their position and what role they may take in the offense. Seven offensive players must be lined up on the line of scrimmage. The other four players must be lined up at least one yard behind the line of scrimmage. All of the offensive football players must be set, or still, prior to the play beginning with the exception of one of the four backs which may be moving parallel or away from the line of scrimmage. Further rules say that only the four backs and the players at each end of the line of scrimmage may catch a pass or run the football. The Football Play The team with the possession of the football is called the offense. The offense tries to advance the football on plays. The defense tries to prevent the offense from scoring or advancing the football. The down system: The offense must advance the ball at least 10 yards every four plays or downs. Each time the offense is successful in advancing the ball 10 yards, they get four more downs or what is called a "first down". If the offense does not get 10 yards in four plays, the other team gains possession of the football at the current line of scrimmage. In order to keep the other team from getting good field position the offense can punt (kick) the ball to the other team intentionally. This is often done on 4th down, when the offense is outside of field goal range. Offensive plays on downs start with a snap. This is when the center passes the football between their legs to one of the offensive backs (usually the quarterback). The ball is advanced either by running with the football (called rushing) or passing the football. The football play is over when 1) the player with the football is tackled or goes out of bounds 2) an incomplete pass 3) there is a score. The offensive team can lose possession of the football by: Scoring Not getting 10 yards in four downs. Fumbling or dropping the football and the defensive team recovers it. Throwing the football to a defensive player for an interception. Punting or kicking the football to the defensive team. Missing a field goal. Getting tackled in the end zone for a safety. Football Penalties There are many rules and penalties that are enforced during a football game. Most football penalties result in a loss or gain of yardage depending on whether the penalty is against the offense or the defense. The severity of the penalty determines the number of yards. Most penalties are 5 or 10 yards, but some personal foul penalties result in 15 yards. Also, pass interference can result in a penalty that matches the length of the intended pass. The team that did not commit the penalty has the right to decline the penalty. We won't list or detail every possible football infraction, but here are some of the more common football penalties: False Start: When a football player on the offense moves just prior to the snap. This is a five yard penalty. Note that one back on the offense can legally be "in motion" at the time of the snap. Offside: If a player from the offense or defense is on the wrong side of the line of scrimmage at the time of the snap. A defensive player can cross the line of scrimmage as long as they get back before the snap, but if they touch an offensive player they can be called for encroachment. Holding: When a player grabs a football player without the ball with the hands or hooks him or tackles him. Pass Interference: When a defender contacts a pass receiver after the ball is in the air to prevent him from catching the ball. This is up to the referee to determine. If the contact is before the ball is in the air it will be called defensive holding. Note that pass interference can also be called on the offense if the defender has position and is trying to catch the ball. Facemask: To protect the football players, it is illegal to grab another player's facemask. Roughing the Passer or Kicker: To protect kickers and quarterbacks, who are very vulnerable when they are passing or kicking the ball, players are not allowed to run into them after the ball has been thrown or kicked. Intentional Grounding: When the passer throws a pass nowhere near an eligible receiver strictly to avoid being sacked. Ineligible Receiver Downfield: When one of the offensive players that is not an eligible receiver is more than 5 yards downfield from the line of scrimmage during a forward pass.

Baseball is played between two teams with nine players in the field on each team. On a baseball field, the game is under authority of several umpires. There are usually four umpires in major league games; up to six (and as few as one) may officiate depending on the league and the importance of the game. There are four bases. Numbered counterclockwise, first, second and third bases are cushions (sometimes informally referred to as bags) shaped as 15 in (38 cm) squares which are raised a short distance above the ground; together with home plate, the fourth "base", they form a square with sides of 90 ft (27.4 m) called the diamond. Home base (usually called home plate) is a pentagonal rubber slab 17 in (43.2 cm) wide. The playing field is divided into three main sections:

The infield, containing the four bases, is for general defensive purposes bounded by the foul lines and within the grass line (see figure).
The outfield is the grassed area beyond the infield grass line between the foul lines, and bounded by a wall or fence.
Foul territory is the entire area outside the foul lines.
The pitcher's mound is located in the center of the infield. It is an 18 ft (5.5 m) diameter mound of dirt no higher than 10 in (25.4 cm). Near the center of the mound is the pitching rubber, a rubber slab positioned 60 ft 6 in (18.4 m) from home plate. The pitcher must have one foot on the rubber at the start of every pitch to a batter, but the pitcher may leave the mound area once the ball is released.

At the college/professional level, baseball is played in nine innings in which each team gets one turn to bat and tries to score runs while the other pitches and defends in the field. High school baseball plays seven innings and Little League uses six inning games. An inning is broken up into two halves in which the away team bats in the top (first) half, and the home team bats in the bottom (second) half. In baseball, the defense always has the ball — a fact that differentiates it from most other team sports. The teams switch every time the defending team gets three players of the batting team out. The winner is the team with the most runs after nine innings. If the home team is ahead after the top of the ninth, play does not continue into the bottom half. In the case of a tie, additional innings are played until one team comes out ahead at the end of an inning. If the home team takes the lead anytime during the bottom of the ninth or of any inning thereafter, play stops and the home team is declared the winner.

President Obama Kills 4 People With His Devastating Decision.

                                   President Obama

Twelve years ago tonight, I addressed this convention for the very first time.
You met my two little girls, Malia and Sasha – now two amazing young women who just fill me with pride. You fell for my brilliant wife and partner Michelle, who’s made me a better father and a better man; who’s gone on to inspire our nation as First Lady; and who somehow hasn’t aged a day.
I know the same can’t be said for me. My girls remind me all the time. Wow, you’ve changed so much, daddy.
And it’s true – I was so young that first time in Boston. Maybe a little nervous addressing such a big crowd. But I was filled with faith; faith in America – the generous, bighearted, hopeful country that made my story – indeed, all of our stories – possible.
A lot’s happened over the years. And while this nation has been tested by war and recession and all manner of challenge – I stand before you again tonight, after almost two terms as your President, to tell you I am even more optimistic about the future of America.

Black Men Killed by a White man

                                       North Miami Shooting

NORTH MIAMI, Fla. — Authorities said Thursday that they were investigating a shooting Monday in which a police officer shot a man who had said his hands were empty and raised at the time.

While the shooting was not captured on camera, a recording showing moments before the gunshots depicted a man lying on his back on the ground, his hands in the air, while another man sits near him cross-legged.

All he has is a toy truck in his hand,” Charles Kinsey, the man lying on his back, yells at two police officers standing behind telephone poles just a few dozen feet away on Northeast 14th Avenue.

That’s all it is. There is no need for guns.”
Police said they only learned later that Kinsey worked at a care facility and that the man sitting near him was autistic.
After the recording stopped, one of the officers fired three shots, hitting Kinsey at least once in one leg.

[The Post’s police shootings database]
“When it hit me, I’m like, I still got my hands in the air,” Kinsey, an African American, said in an interview from his hospital bed with WSVN TV.
Police have not said why the officer fired, although a police union representative said Thursday that the officer, who has not been identified and who has been placed on administrative leave, was aiming for the man with autism — apparently thinking he was armed — and was trying to protect Kinsey.
In moments recorded during the encounter Monday, Kinsey can be heard trying to calm the man with autism sitting next to him. That man, who also was not identified, had apparently wandered away from a group home where Kinsey said he works as a behavioral therapist.
The recording, along with a second video, taken after the gunshots and showing Kinsey and the man with autism being handcuffed, was the latest in the seemingly unending stream of violent encounters between police and black men captured on camera and propelled into national headlines.
It arrives as the country is still on edge over issues of race and law enforcement. Recordings of fatal police encounters and their aftermaths in Louisiana and Minnesota this month helped revive protests over how law enforcement officer use deadly force, while the deadly shootings of police officers in Dallas and Baton Rougehave spurred further fears among officers over the threats they face on the job.

The videos of Monday’s incident in North Miami spread wildly online Wednesday night and Thursday, and state officials said they had launched an investigation. But key questions remain unanswered, including whether the officer who fired had actually been aiming at the man with autism still sitting up in the street.

[Nation remains on edge after police shootings, officer deaths]
According to Kinsey, the officer who fired the shots seemed confused by what happened. “‘Sir, why did you shoot me?'” Kinsey recalled asking the officer. “He said, ‘I don’t know.'”
Police in North Miami, a city of 62,000 people between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, have offered relatively few details about the encounter. Gary Eugene, the city’s police chief, who was appointed to the position just a month before the shooting, said his department is committed to an open probe.
“I realize there are many questions about what happened Monday night,” Eugene said during a news conference Thursday. “We all have questions. … I assure you, we’ll get all the answers.”
Eugene said he had asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) to investigate the shooting, and a spokeswoman for that agency confirmed Thursday morning that it had launched an investigation.

Bringing in an outside agency shows our commitment to transparency and objectivity in a very sensitive matter,” Eugene said.
[How pastors in South Florida responded when police used mugshots for target practice]
Eugene and the North Miami police did not release the name of the officer involved, referring questions instead to the FDLE, which said it also would not name the officer.
Katherine Fernandez Rundle, the state attorney for Miami-Dade County, said in a statement that her office will carry out its own investigation when the FDLE finishes its probe and delivers its findings. At that point, she said, her office “will conduct our own investigation and review all of the evidence” to see if the shooting was a criminal act.
The North Miami police have offered only a fleeting account of what occurred Monday. Eugene said that police received a 911 call shortly after 5 p.m. about “a male with a gun threatening to commit suicide.” He also said that there were other reports from witnesses about a man with a gun.

Albus and Rose wander around the train looking for a compartment to sit in. Rose reminds Albus that their parents met on the train, so decides that finding the right compartment to sit in is very important as they too could meet their lifelong friends here. They open the door to one compartment and find Scorpius Malfoy sitting there. They shyly introduce themselves and Scorpius makes a joke about their parents rivalry. Albus and Scorpius get along very well, but Rose leaves to look for another compartment. Albus stays and the two kids become friends, sharing stories and sweets on the journey to Hogwarts.

When the train reaches Hogwarts, the students attend the Sorting ceremony. The Sorting Hat places Rose in Gryffindor, and both Scorpius and Albus in Slytherin. Albus sits next to Scorpius at their table. Unfortunately, Albus is mocked by the other students for being a Potter in Slytherin. He does not have a natural gift for magic and struggles at his first flying lesson, where the other children call him the "Slytherin Squib."

The following three years of school are tough for Albus, and he begins to feel like he has to isolate himself from his father since being a Potter is the reason why great things are being expected from him. Rose has a better time at Hogwarts, becoming very popular and a Chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch team.

When Albus tells Harry he wants to be alone on the platform before he goes to school in his third year for that reason, Harry is hurt by this and thinks Scorpius is the reason why, requesting Albus to sever his friendship with him. He refuses. After Albus leaves, Draco Malfoy goes up to Harry and asks him for his help in ending a rumour that he and his wife couldn't conceive a child, and used a time-turner to go back in time to conceive one with Voldemort instead. Harry says he cannot do that and they part ways.

The next summer, Harry Potter retrieves a time-turner with the help of the Ministry of Magic created by Theodore Nott. Hermione visits him as she is now Minister for Magic to ask Harry to complete the paperwork he is yet to do and to start work on the other tasks he was given. Harry reminds her that he has lots of work he will get round to in his own time and that he did very recently find a dangerous new object. Hermione and Harry agree the time-turner must be destroyed. They put it away.

A few months later, Amos Diggory turns up at Harry's home and asks him to use the time-turner to go back in time and save Cedric Diggory. Amos went round to the house from his care home when Harry kept rescheduling the meeting Amos kept arranging. Harry refuses since saying he cannot meddle with time. Meanwhile, Albus is secretly listening to the conversation until he notices a girl who goes up to him. She says her name is Delphi and claims to be the niece and carer of Amos. She apologises for her uncle who calls Harry cold before he shouts for Delphi to help him return home.

The day before the children return to school, Harry goes to speak to Albus alone in the hope of trying to get him to see the light and change his behaviour. He gives Albus the blanket Harry was wrapped in when he was brought to the Dursleys. Harry had found it when Petunia Dursley died some time before. Albus does not take to the gift too kindly and tries to make his father understand how he feels at school. However, it leads to Albus saying that he sometimes wishes he wasn't Harry's son since the family name has not being helping him at school. Harry then says he sometimes wishes Albus wasn't his son either leading to Albus becoming very hurt. Harry regretted saying it but the damage was done.

He speaks with Ginny about it while they are going to bed. Ginny says it will be okay but Harry can't forgive himself. Harry has a nightmare that evening and his scar starts to hurt for the first time in years. The next day, Albus is still very hurt by it as he gets the train for his fourth year at Hogwarts. He is thinking about getting the time-turner and returning to the past to save Cedric. Rose tries to befriend him again since they had grown apart since they started Hogwarts, only she admits her parents asked her to which makes Albus want nothing to do with her. However, Rose does confirm the existence of the time-turner.

When Albus finds Scorpius, it is evident to them that neither of them had a good summer. Albus tells him what his father said along with what Amos wanted, while Scorpius tells him about the death of his mother that summer. They decide to leave the train and find the time-turner instead of going to Hogwarts. They try to find a way to get off the train except they struggle and decide to try jumping from the roof. However, they are apprehended by the elderly lady who brings around the Honeydukes Express, who tells them the train does not like it when students try to leave it before it reaches Hogwarts. Her hands turn into claws and it scares the kids get back in the train. However, they later do find a way to leave it.

They go to the care home where Amos lives and find Delphi. They tell Amos of their plan and he eventually agrees to it. With Delphi's help, they use Polyjuice Potion to look like Harry (Scorpius), Ron (Albus) and Hermione (Delphi) and go to the Ministry of Magic to find the time-turner. They know it is in Hermione's office. However, while they try to get it, Hermione returns. Ron/Albus goes outside and tries to stall Hermione, suggesting they either have another child or go on holiday. Hermione finds Ron annoying although he stalls her long enough for the others to find the time-turner and they leave.

Meanwhile, Hermione holds a meeting about the nightmares Harry has started to have along with his scar hurting. However, no one thinks it is a threat. They then learn about their children being missing since they did not return to Hogwarts. Ginny thinks Albus run away because of what Harry said to him. Draco Malfoy then turns up at their house since his son is missing too, and has a go at Harry. He believes Harry is responsible after what he said to Albus. They decide to end their feud for the moment to find their children.

Act II
Albus says they need to stop Cedric winning the Triwizard Tournament to save him. They decide Delphi needs to stay behind as her age may make her look strange, since she is too old to be attending Hogwarts. They go back to the first task and disarm Cedric so he fails to get the golden egg. However, Scorpius then notices the time-turner shaking and knows something is wrong. They were then return to the present with Albus ending up injured.

Meanwhile, Harry has a dream which reveals Albus and Scorpius are in the Forbidden Forest. As he, Ron and Ginny search, they meet the centaur Bane who tells them that a "dark cloud" haunts Albus. They find the children in the forest after they return from the past and Albus is brought to Hogwarts hospital wing. While Albus sleeps, Harry talks to a portrait of Albus Dumbledore who tells him to see Albus for who he is. He believes Harry has put unfair high expectations upon Albus.

When Albus comes round, he finds he has created an alternate timeline. He is now in Gryffindor and Ron and Hermione never got together so Rose no longer exists. He also finds out Cedric still died. Harry once again asks Albus to end his friendship with Scorpius.

When Albus returns to school life as a Gryffindor, he starts to avoid Scorpius. They find Hermione is now the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher and consider her mean. Delphi then turns up at Hogwarts and gets Albus and Scorpius to reconcile. They then decide they have to put their mistake right and decide to travel to the second task in the hope making him lose more points will properly save him.

It does, only Scorpius is alone when he returns to the present. They have changed the entire future so that Harry died at the Battle of Hogwarts instead. This means Albus no longer exists. Voldemort won and Hogwarts now teaches Dark magic. Professor Umbridge returns as Headmistress of Hogwarts and tells Scorpius he is acting strange when he questions her about Harry Potter.

Part II
Act III
Professor Umbridge wonders why Scorpius is still acting different. She tells him it is Voldemort Day, and that he is a model pure-blooded student. When they part ways, she says "For Voldemort and Valour" while putting her hand on her heart and her wrists together. Scorpius finds he is a very popular student at Hogwarts, and everyone wants to do his homework for him. He is known as "the Scorpion King" and the girls hope they will get to be his date to the Blood Ball.

Scorpius decides he has to change time again. He visits his father who is now the Head of Magical Law Enforcement. He is no help so he finds Professor Snape who is still alive and teaching at Hogwarts even though he is still secretly a member of what remains of Dumbledore's Army. They go to the headquarters and find Ron and Hermione who have been in hiding for several years. They are surprised to hear they are together in the original timeline.

Snape tells Scorpius they have to go back in time and stop his other self intervening with a shield charm. However, when they have done so, Hermione, Ron and Snape get attacked by Dementors. As Scorpius leaves, Snape tells Scorpius to tell Harry he is proud of him.

The plan works and the original timeline returns. Professor McGonagall is very upset with them and the world they had created. Their parents aren't quite as angry, and McGonagall reminds them of the great danger the children created. Harry later visits Albus in his dormitory and they begin to reconcile.

Albus and Scorpius have lost the time-turner. They decide not to tell their parents and go to lake where they last had it and try to retrieve it. They then agree to destroy it. They find it and go to the Owlery, where they had agreed to meet Delphi. She agrees to help destroy it until she reveals her Augurey tattoo. Scorpius remembers the right hand witch of Voldemort had this sign in the second alternate timeline and finds it strange when Delphi says her guardian was Euphemia Rowle, since the Rowles were known Death Eaters.

Delphi then reveals her true self. She does not wish to destroy the time-turner. Her plan is to travel to the past and stop Voldemort from ever dying. She wants to create a Dark age. She breaks their wands and kills a Prefect named Craig who was sent to look for them. Delphi then makes Albus and Scorpius travel in time with her to the third task.

Albus and Scorpius remember the time-turner only keeps them in the past for five minutes. They try to stall her and end up meeting Cedric Diggory. Cedric helps Albus and Scorpius get the time-turner back, believing it to be an obstacle for the tournament. When he leaves, Albus and Scorpius tell him that his father loves him. When he is gone, Delphi manages to get the time-turner back. Delphi then decides to go back in time further and once she gets there, she destroys the time-turner and she leaves Albus and Scorpius to go on alone.

Act IV
Harry, Ginny and Draco find out their children have gone missing again and that they were last sighted with Delphi. They also find out Amos sent the children owls and go to talk to him. Amos denies sending the owls although when they mention his niece, Delphi, Amos says he really does not have a niece. They go through Delphi's room and find out she believes she is the daughter of Voldemort. However, since they don't know where the children went, they can only wait until they find more clues.

Albus and Scorpius find out they have travelled October 30 1981 - the day before James and Lily Potter were murdered. They think Delphi wants to kill Harry herself so the spell doesn't rebound on Voldemort. They go to Godric's Hollow and find James, Lily and Harry. They decide they need to tell everyone in the future what is happening, and use Harry's blanket to write a message

It works and Harry and Ginny decipher the message, gather Hermione, Ron and Draco and try to find a way to help. Draco tells them his parents have a secret time-turner far more advanced than the prototype their children had.

They go back in time and find their children. Ginny realises Delphi only means to stop Voldemort going into the house and killing the Potters, so the downfall never happens. She thinks Delphi believes Voldemort could love her so they decide to make Harry look like Voldemort and apprehend her the next day.

It works for a moment. Delphi pleads with Voldemort/Harry to accept her, revealing she is the daughter of Voldemort and Bellatrix Lestrange born at Malfoy Manor before the Battle of Hogwarts. Harry pretends to accept her although the spell making him look like Voldemort fades and she gets upset. Delphi and Harry duel until his friends and Albus help him. Delphi is stopped and says she only wanted to know her father. Harry tells her he understands how it feels to have no parents but they cannot change the past.

The real Voldemort then arrives to kill the Potters and Delphi tries to call him. Hermione and Draco stop her. Harry decides to stay and watch his parents die in the hope it will bring closure and Albus stays with him. Hagrid then appears to pick up Harry as a baby to go to the Dursleys. They return to the present, where Delphi is sent to Azkaban.

Albus and Scorpius return to Hogwarts where Rose now is too. Scorpius asks Rose out and while she turns him down, she allows him to kiss her on the cheek. Albus and Harry then visit Cedric's grave which Harry visits every year to say sorry, where they finally repair their broken relationship.

Behind the scenes
When the announcement came that the play was to be made into a script book, it was wrongly stated to be an "eight Harry Potter novel by Rowling", even though it would only be a copy of play's script. It was also not only written by her, but with Jack Thorne and John Tiffany too. [1]
Before release, the play was frequently referred to by the press as "a prequel" even though, as it later transpired, most of the events of the play take place twenty-two years after the Battle of Hogwarts

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

In Lower Lake, evacuations are in place for Clayton Creek Road, Cantwell Ranch Road, Morgan Valley Road, Riata Road, Teklas Road Hale, Daly Hill, Teklas, Spruce Grove Road to Noble Ranch Road, Morgan Valley Road to mile maker 7.1, Stahle Road and Ellen Springs, the Lake County Sheriff’s Department said.

The Copsey Creek subdivision was also evacuated Sunday afternoon near Bonham Road and Quarter Horse Lane, according to Cal Fire. An evacuation center has been set up at the Highlands Senior Center in Clearlake.

For residents in the community near Lower Lake, where the Clayton Fire has consumed 2,000 acres since igniting Saturday evening, fleeing menacing fires has become an unwelcome routine. Recent wildfires include the Valley Fire of 2015, the third most destructive in state history, which burned about 15 miles south of the current blaze.

Four helicopters and three air tankers made repeated passes over the head of the fire as it made its way toward Morgan Valley in the dry brush and grassy oak woodland that is difficult for firefighters to access. Nearly 700 firefighters were in Lake County attacking the fire, said Lt. Doug Pittman, a Marin County sheriff’s spokesman who was working on behalf of Cal Fire.

NEW STAR WARS LEAKED!! AUGUST 2017!!!!!

The Next Star Wars of 2017!!

In 2005 it looked like the Star Wars saga was officially over. Lucasfilm and Twentieth Century Fox released Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, which completed the prequels trilogy and tied the story back to the first film in the series. It was done, finished, kaput, and ended.

But then along came Disney. In October 2012 the studio brokered a $4.05 billion deal to buy Lucasfilm, and with the deal came the announcement that they would be starting production on a whole new trilogy of Star Wars films that would keep the epic story going for years and years to come. Naturally, fanboys started to foam at the mouth with anticipation. What would the new movies be about? Would they bring back classic characters or merely focus on new ones? Would there be new stories set outside of the trilogy?
Thanks to all of these questions, we here at Cinema Blend have been sorting through all of the rumors trying to sort out exactly what we know about the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and we’ve constructed a handy guide to help sort out all of the facts and fictions. Read on below for the latest info and the previously released trailer...
We spent years solely referring to the new chapter in the Star Wars saga as simplyStar Wars: Episode VII, but those days are over. History will now forever remember the new movie as Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This name has received a bit of flak from fans, as some are confused by the idea of The Force going to sleep, but it’s also not super hard to interpret the larger meaning, as the film is basically the reawakening of the franchise after a decade-long sleep. lasted for almost a full six months, but production on Star Wars: The Force Awakenshas been completed and the film now finds itself in post-production in advance of its December release date. Principal photography on the movie began on May 16, 2014, and ended in the first week of November in 2014. While some location shooting was done in places like the Abu Dhabi desert and the Irish island Skellig Michael, most of filming was done at Pinewood Studios in England (which was actually expanded to ensure that the movie had enough room to work).

There were some complications encountered during shooting, with incidents involvingleaked photos and plot details, but the biggest setback involved Harrison Fordsustaining an injury aboard the Millennium Falcon. Schedules had to be changed and production was put on hiatus for a spell, but the situation was resolved without the need to delay the film’s release date.

To get a sense of what it would have been like to be a part of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens production, watch the San Diego Comic-Con 2015 reel below:
It has been confirmed that the Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens plot will be set 30 years after the Battle of Endor and the events portrayed in Return of the Jedi. This makes complete sense, given that the film will once again feature the likes ofLuke, Leia and Han from George Lucas’ original trilogy. In order to pull this off realistically, Episode VII, would need to factor in the age of the actual actors, and it appears that’s exactly what’s being done.
Though he initially declined the job, J.J. Abrams is not only going to be the director ofStar Wars: The Force Awakens, but also one of the co-writers. The filmmaker has had plenty of experience working in science-fiction, directing both the last two Star Trekmovies as well as the Spielberg-esque Super 8, and has long said that he is a life-long Star Wars fan. Will that experience and fanhood lead to a great sequel? We’ll just have to wait and find out.
Oscar winning screenwriter Michael Arndt was one of the first people to be hired to work on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, signing a deal to pen the script for the film only about a week after the film was first announced in 2012. But his involvement ended months before the start of production, and the script was put the hands of J.J. Abrams and Empire Strikes Back screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan. While plot details have not yet been officially revealed, insiders have said that the film will have a young female protagonist and that the plot will be sparked by the discovery of Luke’s hand and a lightsaber.

12 Things Kate Upton Did to Get the Body She Has Now + NEW LEAKED NUDES

12 Things Kate Upton Did to Get the Body She Has Now + NEW LEAKED NUDES

1. She came in focused. When she first started working out with Bruno, Kate wanted to get really fit — like, in the greatest shape of her life. Even before she got engaged earlier this year, Kate "made a big commitment to it and made a hard push."

2. Strength training has been the biggest part of her fitness program. Five days a week, for about an hour each day (sometimes up to two hours), Kate does a strength-based circuit training program and works her full body every time as opposed to focusing on specific body parts. The exercises include a mix of dead lifts, hip thrusts, lunges, rows, and sled pulls. According to Bruno, "A lot of girls are scared to do strength training because they fear that they're going to bulk up, but if you do the right stuff and focus on the right exercises, it actually helps tighten everything up. Kate has really tightened up her physique noticeably as she's gotten stronger."

3. No gerbil cardio. Bruno incorporates the cardio into the circuit work instead of having Kate run on a treadmill. Again, Bruno believes that strength training is the key to getting the shape Kate wants.

4. Her diet plays just as big a role as her workouts. When it comes to slimming down, Bruno believes that "nutrition is more than half the battle. She committed to both the training and the eating right from the get-go, and that's why she's seeing such great results." She's treating this not as a short-term weight-loss plan but a longer-term healthy lifestyle change.

5. She eats a lot of protein. Bruno says it's really important to get enough protein, and Kate follows that by having a lean protein at every meal. Working with a meal delivery service, Kate gets 4 to 6 ounces of protein in favorite foods like a salad with lots of veggies and chicken, or turkey meatballs.

6. She doesn't eat much of any sugar or processed food. Since working with Bruno, Kate has essentially cut out added sugars and processed foods (though an occasional doughnut isn't out of the question). "That's been key," Bruno says. "If you limit sugar and processed food, that takes care of most of the problems."

7. She's always improving. "One of the main tenets of my program is what's called progressive overload," Bruno says. "It's a fancy way of saying that you try to improve your workouts in some capacity, whether that be with more weight, more reps, or by doing a harder exercise." Eight months ago, Kate could only deadlift a 20-pound kettlebell, and she's now lifting almost 200 pounds. The first time she did a sled pull, she pushed about 180 pounds, and she's built up to over 500 pounds.

8. She's self-motivated. "She makes that part of it easy for me," Bruno says. "She has a good attitude about working out. She's not a whiner. She's actually excited and energetic in the gym."

9. She competes with Chelsea Handler. Another one of Bruno's clients, Chelsea Handler, is "a maniac on the sleds." She and Kate play off each other, trying to one-up the other person. They push each other in a healthy competition that even bubbles up from time to time on Instagram.

10. She works out with her dog. Kate's dog Harley goes everywhere with her, including to the gym (you can see him in most of the videos Kate posts of her workouts). Sometimes, Kate will do a workout in the morning with Bruno and go on a hike for a few miles with Harley in the afternoon.

11. She lets herself indulge once in a while. Kate loves wine and does drink occasionally in moderation. " I don't want it to feel like an unbearable diet," Bruno says. "There's not a set cheat day or anything like that, but she does have treats here and there."

12. There is no magic bullet. She's still training very hard eight months in — and there are no signs of stopping. "I don't think there are really any secrets. I think a lot of that stuff frankly is bullshit," Bruno says. "It just comes down to a good, solid training program done consistently with effort. She worked out five days a week for eight months. That's a lot of workouts. Workout to workout, you're never going to see huge change. But if you're consistent at it and chip away a little here, a little there, and you're really on it, it's amazing what can happen in eight months doing that. That's where the magic happens."

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump

                                         Hillary Vs Trump

Hillary Clinton emerges from her party's convention in Philadelphia with a restored lead over Donald Trump, having earned a 7-point convention bounce, according to a new CNN/ORC Poll.
In a two-way head-to-head matchup, Clinton tops Trump 52% to 43%, and in a four-way matchup including third party candidates Gary Johnson and Jill Stein, Clinton leads 45% to 37% with Johnson at 9% and Stein at 5%.

Besides improving her standing against Trump, Clinton's convention appears to have boosted the share of Americans who think her policies will move the country in the right direction (from 43% before either convention to 48% now), while Trump's right direction number held roughly steady following the back-to-back political gatherings in Cleveland and Philadelphia.
Further, a majority of Clinton's backers now say their vote is more to show support for her than to oppose Trump, a sharp shift since early May. Back then, 48% said their vote was one of support for the former secretary of state, 58% say so now. While Trump also improved his numbers on that metric, his voters are more evenly divided, with 47% saying they're backing him to show support and 50% saying it's more to oppose Clinton.

More of Clinton's backers also say they are certain to support her come November: 44% of registered voters are Clinton supporters who say their mind is made up, while 36% say they are solidly behind Trump. Only about 16% of voters say their minds could change in the 99 days left between now and Election Day.

Clinton's convention appears to have helped her reverse the damage done to perceptions of her honesty during the GOP convention, but she did not improve those numbers compared with where they stood before either convention. Overall, 34% say they consider Clinton honest and trustworthy, up from 30% after the GOP convention but exactly where that figure was in a poll conducted before either convention happened.

How to make a Happy and Healthy Pet

                                          Happy and Healthy

How to make your pet live longer

The easiest way to let your pet live a longer and happier life is to feed it healthy food. This is a given, as they should be getting fed real quality food, not grinded up chicken remains. So, read the labels the next time that you are in the grocery store of pet shop. Feeding your pet good food is obvious, however, there are many other ways to achieve this same goal. Here are a few listed below

• Make sure they get exercise
Making sure that they are active will prevent sickness and strengthen their muscles as well as their immune system. This will help them to fight off diseases that could have taken a toll on their lifespan if they hadn’t been active, so walk your dog, or play with your cat! (This also applies to other animals such as monkeys, lizards, rats, mice, snakes, etc.)

• Spend time with them
This one may not seem like it is liable, but believe me it is. If you spend time with them, then they will become happier, and want to live longer. When an animal feels neglected, then they usually just sit around and feel no will to live. This will cause a lack of exercise, and also weaken their immune system, as they have less will to live. So, if you want your pet to live longer, then just make sure they feel loved, after all if you are at this blog, you should love them already.

• Visit the vet often to make sure that they aren’t sick
If you want your pet to stay healthy and live longer, then you should already be doing this, but if you aren’t, schedule an appointment right now. You pet could have a disease like cancer that doesn’t show signs right away, and when you do find out it could be too late. You definitely do not want that to happen, so visit monthly, make checkups, and just be sure that your pet is healthy. You probably take you and your loved ones to the doctor, so this is no different.
If you do all of these things, your pet with live noticeably longer than others, and you will be able to enjoy more moments with them as they grow older. They are a part of your family, so follow these steps and they will be with you for longer than you thought that they would be. Create a new life for your pet today!

Pokemon Go

                                          Pokemon Go

What is Pokémon Go?

Pokémon is the portmanteau of “pocket monsters,” and an insanely popular franchise with a just as insanely long history. In Pokémon, monsters roam the lands, and your job is to find, capture, and train them. Then you put them in battle against other players.

How Do You Play Pokémon Go?

Pokémon Go is a free-to-play mobile app that you can download for iOS or Android. It’s free to download and start playing, but you have the option to use real money to buy in-game currency called PokéCoins. (Between $0.99 for 100 PokéCoins and up to $99.99 for 14,500.) Those PokéCoins are used to purchase Pokéballs, the in-game item you need to be able to catch Pokémon. Now you don’t have to spend real money, but that simply means you need to pay with your time and energy (which is the fun of it, anyway!).The game works by using your phone’s GPS for your real-world location and augmented reality to bring up those cool-looking Pokémon on your screen, overlaid on top of what you see in front of you. And you—the digital you—can be customized with clothing, a faction (or “team” of players you can join) and other options, and you level up as you play.

Kevin Hart

                                      Who is Kevin Hart

Actor and comedian Kevin Hart was born on July 6, 1979, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The youngest of two boys, Hart was raised by his mother, Nancy, who took on the role of single parent as a result of her husband's chronic battles with cocaine and the law.

The experience of those tough years would later provide a source for much of Hart's comedy. "The jokes," he has said of his stand-up, "come from a real experience." As a boy, Hart was obsessed with stand-up comedy and comedians in general, and he listed Chris Tucker and J.B. Smoove as some important influences.

After graduating from high school, Hart moved to New York City and later to Brockton, Massachusetts. But it was back in his hometown of Philadelphia, while working as a shoe salesman, that Hart's stand-up career began to blossom. According to Kevin Hart he has had a very tough life but his mother carried him through it.
